ARS-USB Rotor controller
The ARS-USB (Antenna Rotator System) is the easiest and highest performance Universal Interface for handling your Antenna Rotor. You’ll be able to control your Antenna Rotor from your computer. Connecting the ARS-USB to your PC via a USB Port and later to your Rotator is easy. Within a few minutes, you will be able to point your antennas from your computer automatically.
There are 2 models available:
- Azimuth (1 motor)
- Azimuth & Elevation (2 motors)
So order the model according to your preferences.
ARS-USB_PST – Prosistel controller
This is a special version based on the ARS-USB that was re-designed to be used as a rotor controller (or replacement) by Prosistel rotators (or any rotor that use multi-turn potentiometer).
It includes the same features as the standard ARS-USB but new extras as:
- Soft start and stop via a PWM. It allows to have a soft starting/stopping ramp.
- It detects if the potentiometer is out of range and will prevent any accidental problem with the antenna coax. Any problem with the potentiometer is detected.
- It will check when the rotation motion is activated, that the rotor feedback position changes.
- If the motor is jammed by any reason, an alarm will be displayed and the appointment will stop. The user will be noticed.
All those watch-dog systems (and some more included) will prevent to generate a problem if the potentiometer is damaged by any cause (any wire broken, moisture, a wrong cable connection, etc).

Inclinometer for Elevation
This inclinometer is a valuable option for elevation motors.
It allows manufacturing an elevation motor from such an actuator (TV). The inclinometer provides a very reliable feedback return that may be used by the ARS-USB (or similar interfaces) to determine the elevation of the antennas.
It can also be employed for use with a standard elevation motor, using as reference the inclinometer to the ARS-USB.
It’s excellent technical features at a reasonable price are ideal for applications requiring a reliable targeting solution.
The ARS-Shield is a board that can be plugged on a Arduino adding the capability to interface with a rotor. It’s compatible with K3NG rotator controller.
The ARS-Shield PCB doesn’t include components neither the Arduino module.

The Interlock 5R device ensures the compliance with Radio Contest rules for the participation in Multi-Operator categories:
- Multi/Single: Only one transmitted signal on one band permitted.
- Multi/2: Maximum of two transmitted signals on two different bands may be used at any time.
- InBand: Only one signal allowed between a Radio and its associated InBand.
The Interlock supports 5 Radios (R1, R2, R3, R4 & R5) and it can be configured as M/S or M/2 so the unit will monitor that only one (M/S) or two (M/2) signals are on Air.
In case of rules violation, the unit will activate an Inhibit signal that will be used by the Radio (Yaesu/Elecraft) to STOP the transmision of the signal to the antenna.

Antenna Switch 2×2
The AS2x2 is a 2 Input Ports into 2 Outputs Ports, usefull for a contest station where you have a Main Radio (RUN) and a Multiplier Station (Inband) at the same band. In this way, the RUN station uses the main antenna(s) while the Inband station is looking for new multipliers or QSOs and uses an RX antenna located far from the main antenna. As soon as the Inband station passes to TX, the switch AS2x2 inverts the antennas, passing the Inband station to use the Main antenna while the RUN does not run out of antenna put to use the antenna of RX.
The AS2x2 can be connected between the RUN Radio and the Linear Amplifier (in case a Amplifier is used) and between the Inband Radio and the RX antenna. As soon as the Inband Radio activates the PTT the AS2x2 will exchange the outputs, so the Inband will use the Linear Amplifier and the RX antenna will be assigned into the RUN Radio.
The AS2x2 can be used combined with the Interlock 5R so in this case, the Interlock 5R will control automatically the antenna switching.

In this way, the RemoteBox can control those antenna switchs by replacing the original controller. Also a windows program: RBM is included for local or remote control.
Since Oct/2016 a special release that supports 4 square verticals is also available.
