The ARSCU_YAESU_DC is an ARS special version designed to directly drive Yaesu rotator (DC models) such as:
- G450ADC, G450CDC
- G800S, G800SA, G800DXA, G800SDX
- G1000A, G1000SA, G1000S, G1000DXA, G1000SDX, G1000DXC
- G2800DXA, G2800DXC
It includes a 6-pin molex connector compatible with the connector used by Yaesu on their motors. It can also be used with other DC motors (24Vdc) such as Emotator 1200.
The popular ARSVCOM program is included, which provides a friendly user interface on Windows. It has a USB port with a Yaesu GS232A compatible interface, which makes it supported by any program.
It is the ideal solution for remote control of motors via the Internet.
The calibration system is very powerful and simple and allows the adjustment of the motor limit switches between any point and with ramp start/stop.
The ARSCU_YAESU_DC, like the standard ARS-USB, includes a utility that allows the firmware to be downloaded with new versions via the same USB port. Thanks to this utility, it is not necessary to change Eproms or use expensive tools to update the Flash. By including the same connector used by Yaesu, start-up is simplified. Disconnect the cable from the Yaesu remote control and connect it to the ARSCU_YAESU_DC. Valid and compatible with Yaesu rotators of the A, SA and DXA series.
You can also use motors that only use 2 wires for the potentiometer, as is the case with the G450ADC since it is prepared for this, activating a stand for this purpose.
